Supporting the BVRLA’s Drive Europe programme, All Fleet Services manages member, company and individual fulfilment for drivers travelling abroad. The company issues some 30,000 Foreign Travel Packs a year, 46 per cent of which are distributed from June to August.
Whether it is for company drivers travelling abroad, or drivers travelling abroad on holiday in company vehicles, All Fleet Services Foreign Travel Pack can include:
- VE103 certificate
- company insurance certificates
- breakdown details
- letters of authority
- information on the country of destination
100 per cent pack are despatched within 24 hours of a request using a range of postal services, including courier, registered post and next day delivery.
In addition, the packs can be delivered to the authorised travel shops at Dover and Folkestone for collection en route by the driver.
Flexible billing enables organisations and individuals to pay by credit card or to be invoiced direct. A rebate management system provides a revenue generation opportunity for customers.
