Autosafe, the nationwide soft franchise network of over 420 independent garages, has switched its call centre function to All Fleet Services
The move is the result of All Fleet Services’ knowledge and understanding of the automotive sector, and its specific expertise in maximising work flow, enabling the Autosafe garages to operate more efficiently and allowing motorists and fleet customers to minimise the downtime of their vehicles.
The dedicated All Fleet Services team is responsible for identifying the most appropriate garage with which to place the work, transferring the customer straight to the local garage, communicating with and overseeing the work flow with the workshop and feeding back the status of the work to the motorist. In addition, Autosafe is introducing an SMS function, whereby all website enquiries will go to All Fleet Services, which will reply by text message giving local garage information to the customer. A call back option will also request the local garage to contact the customer if required.
