Accident and risk management specialist, RVM Auto Assist Ltd has awarded All Fleet Services (AFS), the market leader in contact centre solutions to the fleet and automotive industry, the contract for its out of hours service. The move will enable RVM Auto Assist Ltd to differentiate its offering by providing a seamless, high quality service to its customers and manage bookings more cost-effectively. RVM Auto Assist Ltd supports both private and commercial fleet markets.
